White Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

This White Chocolate Raspberry Fudge is creamy, sweet, and beautifully marbled with a fruity swirl. It comes together quickly with just a few ingredients and is perfect for holidays, gift-giving, or whenever you want a special homemade treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup raspberry preserves or raspberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

1. Melt the White Chocolate

Add white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a medium saucepan.
Heat on low, stirring constantly, until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

2. Pour into the Pan

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

3. Add Raspberry Swirls

Spoon small dollops of raspberry preserves over the top.
Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the raspberry into a marbled pattern.

4. Chill

Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until completely set.

5. Slice and Serve

Lift fudge out using parchment paper.
Cut into squares with a sharp knife and enjoy.

Notes

  • Choose quality chocolate for a smoother melt and richer flavor.

  • Low heat only — white chocolate burns easily.

  • Light swirling keeps the colors and flavors distinct.

  • Don’t skip parchment paper — it makes removal so much easier.

  • Chill fully before cutting to keep neat, firm squares.
