8 oz medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons melted butter or 1½ tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine
½ tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 pinch salt
3 dashes ground black pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, butter (or olive oil), white wine, lemon juice, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until well coated.
Roast: Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Do not overcook the shrimp—remove them as soon as they turn pink to keep them tender.
Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
