  • ⅔ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2426 Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

1. Crush the Oreos

  1. Place Oreo cookies into a sealed plastic bag.

  2. Crush using a rolling pin or wooden spoon until crumbly.

  3. Add 1½–2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos to the bottom of each dessert cup.

  4. Set aside.


2. Prepare Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.

  4. Fold in remaining crushed Oreos.


3. Assemble the Cups

  1. Divide cheesecake mixture evenly among dessert cups.

  2. Smooth or gently press filling over the Oreo base.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes until set.


4. Serve

Before serving, top with:
