One-Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni is the perfect solution for busy nights when you want something hearty, comforting, and easy to make. It brings together all the classic flavors of a cheeseburger—savory beef, melted cheddar, and rich seasoning—into a creamy, satisfying pasta dish. Best of all, everything cooks in one pot, meaning less cleanup and more time to enjoy dinner.
Meat
1 lb ground beef
Pasta
2 cups macaroni pasta (gluten-free if needed)
Cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Liquids
3 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Vegetables
1 onion, diced
Spices
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cook the Beef
In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once fully cooked and no longer pink, drain excess fat if needed.
Sauté the Onion
Add the diced onion to the pot and cook for 2–3 minutes, until soft and translucent.
Add Remaining Ingredients
Stir in the macaroni, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Simmer the Pasta
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Add the Cheese
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve
Serve warm and enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.
Use freshly shredded cheese for smoother melting and a creamier texture.
Stir occasionally while simmering to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom.
Adjust consistency by adding a splash of milk or extra broth if the pasta thickens too much.
Boost the flavor with paprika, mustard powder, or a pinch of smoked seasoning for a more “burger-style” taste.
