These Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls are the ultimate quick comfort food — flaky, buttery crescent dough wrapped around melty mozzarella cheese and savory pepperoni. Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, they’re perfect for busy weeknights, game-day snacks, lunches, or party appetizers.
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or 4 mozzarella sticks, halved
½ cup pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (optional)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles along the perforated lines.
On the wide end of each triangle:
Place 3–4 slices of pepperoni
Add shredded mozzarella or one piece of mozzarella stick
Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly toward the tip, fully enclosing the filling.
Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the tops if desired.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until:
the croissants are golden brown
the cheese inside is melted and bubbly
Allow rolls to cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
Seal edges well to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
For extra crispiness, lightly brush tops with melted butter before baking.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Air fryer option: Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
