This Keto Hamburger Broccoli Skillet is a quick, comforting one-pan meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Juicy ground beef, tender-crisp broccoli, and melted cheddar come together in a creamy, flavorful sauce that’s both filling and keto-friendly. Simple ingredients, big flavor, and minimal cleanup—what’s not to love?
1 pound ground beef
3 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes, until the onion is soft and fragrant.
Stir in the broccoli florets until evenly mixed with the beef.
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cover the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, until the broccoli is tender but still slightly crisp.
Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently to combine.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes, until melted.
If using, stir in Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes.
Serve hot straight from the skillet and enjoy!
Extra cheesy: Mix some cheese directly into the skillet instead of just on top.
Swap the protein: Ground turkey or chicken works well if you want a lighter option.
Don’t overcook broccoli: Keep it bright green for the best texture and nutrients.
Meal prep friendly: Stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
