Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are an easy, crowd-pleasing comfort food made with juicy seasoned beef, melted cheese, and soft biscuit dough. Brushed with garlic flavor and finished with parmesan, these bite-sized treats are perfect for parties, game nights, or a fun family dinner.
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with crushed garlic until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Italian seasoning and shredded cheese until the cheese melts. Remove from heat.
Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan before serving.
Don’t overfill the biscuits—this helps prevent them from bursting while baking.
Try adding finely chopped onions, mushrooms, or bell peppers to the beef for extra flavor.
Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
Fresh parsley or basil makes a great garnish.
