6–8 croissants
10–12 slices deli meat (ham, prosciutto, turkey breast, or salami)
3–4 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream or milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
8–10 slices Swiss cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup honey
½ tablespoon fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or a mix)
Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Cut the croissants into thirds and arrange them evenly in the baking dish.
Make the egg mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream (or milk), salt, garlic salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary.
Soak and layer
Dip each croissant piece into the egg mixture, then return it to the baking dish. Tuck slices of deli meat and cheese into the gaps between the croissants.
Add the topping
Mix the melted butter and honey together, then drizzle evenly over the entire casserole. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
Serve
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Use day-old croissants for better absorption and texture
Don’t oversoak—quickly dunk the croissants so they stay flaky
Mix meats for more depth of flavor
Let it rest before cutting to help it hold together
For extra crispness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end
