These Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps are the perfect balance of crunchy, cheesy, and fresh. Tender air-fried chicken breast, melty mozzarella, and vibrant spinach are wrapped in a whole-wheat tortilla and crisped to golden perfection. They’re quick to make, satisfying, and ideal for an easy lunch or weeknight dinner.
2 large chicken breasts (about 1 lb total)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
¼ cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)
Season the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and toss until evenly coated.
