These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a fun, refreshing treat that went viral for a reason! They’re creamy, sweet, fruity, and covered in smooth melted chocolate. Because they’re made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a touch of honey, they’re a lighter dessert option you can enjoy anytime—especially on hot days. No baking, no fuss!
1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until everything is evenly mixed.
Form the Clusters:
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form 10 clusters.
Freeze:
Freeze the clusters for 1–2 hours, or until completely firm.
Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15–30 second intervals, stirring between each one until smooth.
Coat the Clusters:
Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to help coat them completely. Place them back on the baking sheet.
Freeze Again:
Freeze for a few minutes until the chocolate has fully hardened.
Enjoy!
Add crunch: Mix a few crushed almonds, granola, or crushed pretzels into the yogurt mixture.
Use parchment paper: This prevents sticking and makes cleanup easy.
Sweetness swap: If you prefer a sweeter dessert, use vanilla Greek yogurt instead of plain.
Storage: Keep clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
