2 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1½-inch by 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons oil
1½ teaspoons salt
1½ teaspoons ground black pepper
1½ teaspoons soy sauce
Cut the sirloin steak into evenly sized 1½-inch by 1-inch pieces.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, salt, black pepper, and soy sauce.
Add the steak pieces and toss until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
Place steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry for 7–12 minutes, shaking halfway through:
7 minutes: rare
9–10 minutes: medium
12 minutes: medium-well
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Let steak rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking for even results.
Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure proper browning.
Rest the steak bites for 2–3 minutes after cooking to keep them juicy.
