Ready in minutes, they deliver big flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 650 g (22.9 oz) sirloin steak (or steak of choice), trimmed and cubed

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)

  • Low-calorie cooking spray

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (or lazy garlic)

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted

  • 1½ tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season the Steak
Place the steak cubes in a bowl. Add paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes. Toss well until evenly coated.

  • Lightly Oil
Spray the steak pieces with low-calorie cooking spray and toss again for even coverage.

  • Preheat the Air Fryer
    Preheat to 200°C / 400°F for 5 minutes.

  • Air Fry
Arrange the steak bites on the air fryer grill plate in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway.

  • Keep the Juices
Remove the steak and carefully lift out the grill plate, leaving the juices in the bottom of the basket—this becomes your sauce.

  • Add Garlic Butter
Return the steak bites to the basket. Add minced garlic, melted butter, and chopped parsley. Toss gently.

  • Final Cook
Air fry for 1–2 more minutes until fragrant and glossy.

  • Finish & Serve
Garnish with extra parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches if needed for proper browning.

  • Use room-temperature steak for more even cooking.

  • Adjust doneness: Add 1–2 minutes for medium-well, or reduce time slightly for rarer steak.

  • Swap herbs: Try thyme or rosemary if you don’t have parsley.
