Ingredients

Scale
  • 650 g (22.9 oz) sirloin steak (or steak of choice), trimmed and cubed

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)

  • Low-calorie cooking spray

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted

  • 1½ tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season the Steak
Place steak cubes in a bowl. Add paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes (if using). Toss until evenly coated.

  • Lightly Oil
Spray the steak pieces with low-calorie cooking spray and toss again to coat lightly.

  • Preheat the Air Fryer
    Preheat to 200°C / 400°F for 5 minutes.

  • Air Fry
Arrange steak bites on the air fryer grill plate or basket in a single layer.
Cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.

  • Create the Garlic Butter Sauce
Remove the steak and grill plate, leaving the flavorful juices in the basket.
Return steak bites to the air fryer, add garlic, melted butter, and parsley. Toss gently.

  • Finish Cooking
Air fry for 1–2 more minutes, allowing the steak to absorb the garlic butter flavors.

  • Serve
Garnish with extra parsley and season with additional salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Choose tender cuts like sirloin, ribeye, or filet for best results.

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed for proper browning.

  • Medium doneness is ideal; adjust cooking time by 1–2 minutes for rare or well-done.

  • Rest briefly before serving to keep the steak juicy.
