1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash, scrub, and thoroughly dry the baby potatoes. Cut them in half to ensure even cooking.
Season
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Cook
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish and Serve
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Dry the potatoes well before seasoning—moisture prevents crisping.
Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed.
Add Parmesan near the end if you prefer a lighter cheese crust.
Shake halfway through to ensure even browning on all sides.
