4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again until well covered.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for best results.
Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Best potatoes: Yukon Gold potatoes are ideal for a creamy interior, but russet or red potatoes work well too.
Extra crispiness: Soak the potato quarters in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry before seasoning to remove excess starch.
Flavor boost: Add extra garlic powder or paprika if you like bolder flavors.
Dipping ideas: Serve with garlic aioli, ranch, or sour cream.
Reheating: Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
